Simple Remote Procedure Call - cstring Encoding as default

The cstring-like encoding of values is now default. In other words: the cstring encoding indication can be omitted.
A parameter line with line-feed (\n) now looks like:

1. News=Google Introduces New...\nAnalyst says...

instead of:

1. News=Google Introduces New...\nAnalyst says...
2. News/Encoding=cstring
